Leaked Apple iPhone 7 renders look very similar to the iPhone 6!

Apple iPhone 7 renders
There is indeed plenty of speculation surrounding Apple’s upcoming iPhone 7 models that will launched in September this year. While we have been hearing about plenty of rumours and even some leaked images of the actual devices, GSMArena has got their hands on renders that appear to be eerily close to what the rumour mill has to conclude so far.
According to the source, the renders come from a reputable source in the case-making business and are based on 3D technical drawings of the upcoming iPhone 7. While nobody can confirm the colours for now, the technical drawings do confirm the placement of the modules and ports and yes, there’s no headphone jack on any of them.

On the front the iPhone 7 looks identical to the iPhone 6s and the 6 before it. Flipping it over however reveals a back that appears to have fewer antenna bands compared to the models of the past. There’s just one band on the top and bottom (that are still pretty thick) that begin from the sides (the same place as before), but bend towards the edges of the smartphone revealing a seamless look compared to past models.
Also noticeable on the back, is the camera module that still protrudes ever so slightly, but is also pretty large compared to the modules on past iPhones. Another new addition is the second speaker grille at the bottom end that now takes up the space once occupied by the 3.5mm headphone jack. Apple could be looking at a richer audio experience with its newer iPhones and much-rumoured Bluetooth headphones could be a part of this.
These are indeed just renders from leaked technical drawings, so do take them with a pinch of salt. Still then, we would not be too surprised if the upcoming iPhone 7 turns out to be identical to the leaked renders we have above. This is more so as analysts have predicted that Apple will be going for a complete redesign in 2018 that is expected to feature an all glass construction. one that finally gives metal the boot.
