Samsung Galaxy Core Prime VE launched in India for Rs 8,600

Samsung has introduced a new smartphone to its affordable range of devices called the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime VE. The device has been listed on the company’s India e-store and carries a price tag at Rs 8,600. It is offered in White, Grey and Silver color variants.
In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a 4.5-inch display with a 480 x 800 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB RAM. It comes equipped with 8GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.

The devices includes Android KitKat 4.4 and comes equipped with a 5MP rear camera along with a 2MP front facing camera. Connectivity options include Wi-fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-fi Direct, Wi-fi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and 3G. A 2,000mAh battery completes the package.
